3) Reserve your bed for rest and intimacy. No tv and no reading No electronic devices nearby
4) Practice breathing exercises
5) Finally if stress is a serious issue, regular massage is very effective Relax so you can rest and watch your life change at home, at school or on the job. Relax and rest and see your relationships improve with family, friends and that significant other.
